Page Charges

The authors are responsible for "publication charges" of all accepted papers. Publication charges will be billed to the Corresponding Author when paper is accepted.

For papers submitted after January 5, 2009, the charge is R$1.250,00/paper for Brazilian authors and US$550,00/paper for authors outside Brazil and is independent of the length of the paper.

The Journal does not provide reprints to corresponding authors. They will receive a CD containing the issue in which the paper is published. There is no charge for figures in color.

Although we are not requesting payment now it is necessary that the corresponding author indicate the intention to pay the page charge if not the paper will not be processed.
